united generations.

I have a long-standing girl crush on Lou Doillon. From her undeniably impeccable genes to her overall style and confidence, I’m completely smitten at the sight of every snap. And now? The French model-actress turned photographer is showing a collection of photos (her first), inspired by Disneyland Paris. The exhibit features her own dreamy take on the tourist destination, with shots of careless kissing couples, excited children and the colourful park characters. The exhibit is on view at Galerie W in Paris now. Paris, anyone?

The new swimwear line from Parisian boutique Princesse Tam Tam is absolutely gorgeous. It makes me wish I could spend the hot summer months lounging on the French Riviera, sipping cool drinks under a big floppy hat. Le sigh.

mais oui.
hot tips.
While we’re on the subject of tropical vacations, this new polish collection fits perfectly into said daydream. I spent last summer completely addicted to Essie’s North Fork collection (mostly, Greenport) and these new lush lacquer options don’t disappoint. Love.

morning beauty.
I know I just got back from a vacation, but after looking at this stunning Max Abadian photography from Flare’s May issue, I honestly can’t stop thinking about anything else. Oh, I want to there please.

map love.
Living in Toronto is wonderful but there is one thing I really, really miss: my family! My heart is scattered across the globe in big pieces and it’s for this reason that I gasped so loudly when I stumbled upon this idea. I’m going to DIY my very own heart-shaped maps this weekend.

Have the loveliest weekend. xo!
(even more) UK love.
I have so many last-minute errands to run before my trip, though most of them just involve picking up fun Canadian things for my favourite expat. And on that note, I thought I would share a few stunning pictures of the very beautiful (and very British) Kate Moss. Only 2 days to go…

cake and high heels.
26 was a great year. I travelled a lot. I visited my loves in the UK – from Cambridge to London and back again. St. John’s, Las Vegas and my new European favourite: Paris. I was promoted to Publicist. I was asked and honoured to be a part of two weddings, for two of the most lovely women I know. And then, a second adopted cat made our hearts swell just a little bit more. I didn’t even know that I liked cats when I was 25.
So today, on the first day that finally feels like real spring, I’m happy. It’s my birthday tomorrow and while I may not know what 27 holds, I do know that it’s going to be a great year. My life is full of beautiful people and places so really, how could it not be? xo.
