I really, really want to see Chloe. Vanity Fair described it as a film that “explores the dizzying complexity of sex” – and normally, that alone would be enough to coax me to the theatre. But there’s more. It’s directed by Atom Egoyan, it’s set (and based) in Toronto and the screenwriter is that of the twisted and seductive love story, Secretary. And yes, of course I want to see the scene that consumed a thousand reviews. I mean, have you seen Julianne Moore?

The person I admire most in the world lives in England and because of this, I find myself drawn to pretty much everything Brit-related.
