J Crew always reminds me of my childhood. My sister was older (and therefore, impossibly cooler) and I can still remember watching her flip through the newest catalogues, carefully folding down the corners of her soon-to-be purchases. I remember waiting with bated breath until the moment that I could discretely borrow said purchases – or, until they simply weren’t new enough for her to care. I haven’t liked J Crew that way in a long time. but I like it now.
